When to use this service.

01

Train staff on common threats

Help staff recognize suspicious messages, verify payment requests, protect accounts, and report concerns using your internal process.

02

Document workforce training

Record the participants, dates, and topics covered for your training records and applicable customer, insurance, or compliance requests.

03

Update training for staff roles

Finance, administrative, and technical staff face different situations. We tailor examples to the systems and responsibilities of each group.

Best fit: teams of 5 to 200 that have never had structured security training, or need documented annual training for insurance or compliance.

Not the right fit: organizations wanting an automated phishing-simulation platform only; we will recommend one honestly, and nobody pays us for the referral.

What the training covers.

The threats

Phishing, business email compromise, payment fraud, and social engineering: the attacks actually aimed at businesses your size.

The habits

Passwords and MFA, device hygiene, data handling, and the one reflex that matters most: report it fast, no blame.

The record

Attendance, topics, and dates documented, ready for the insurance application or the auditor's request.

Our process.

We agree the audience and topics, deliver the sessions, and provide the training records.

  1. Step 01

    Confirm audience and requirements

Agree staff groups, delivery format, topics, schedule, and the training records needed. The fee is documented before work starts.

  2. Step 02

    Prepare role-specific materials

Use your approved procedures, tools, and payment workflows to build examples and reporting guidance for the participating teams.

  3. Step 03

    Deliver the training

Run the agreed live sessions with practical examples and time for questions. Remote or on-site delivery is confirmed in scope.

  4. Step 04

    Provide records and follow-up

Deliver attendance and topic records, materials, and recommendations for onboarding and refreshers. Additional sessions or simulations are separately scoped.

Client reviews.

Forefront Dermatology

I thought the assessment would just become another IT list. Hardenwell Cybersecurity Advisors helped turn it into priorities, and their follow-up kept clinic leadership out of the technical back-and-forth.

Grassi

The technical findings mattered, but the bigger value was how the Hardenwell advisor explained them. They translated security risk into business risk for our partners, then worked with IT on the details. Decisions moved faster because both sides understood the same issue.
Kenny L.Chief Information Officer

Epiphany Dermatology

I needed the security risk explained in leadership terms. Our Hardenwell advisor gave us that view, then helped the right people take ownership of the fixes.
